With net sales of over $74 billion in 2013, Amazon.com provides millions of products and services to a truly global customer base. What makes this truly unique is their ability to add hundreds of suppliers at a time without a huge outlay of expense and resources. However, the EDI roll out of Kindle to retail stores was a new challenge for Amazon.com.
Focused E-Commerce resources, with a focus on EDI and Oracle ERP’s, was a perfect fit for this project. With our collaboration and expertise, Amazon.com quickly implemented new trading partners to help ensure that product was on the shelves in time for the peak shopping season.
